Draft: Reworked and update network manual

content:

  • Added section for IP sheet
  • Added section for Windows 11
  • Added section for MacOS 13
  • Added proxy section for Android
  • Removed Browser section as they use system proxy by default anyways
  • Removed Edge and Win 8 sections (EOL)
  • Big restructering
  • Try to write it mostly dorm antagonistic by omnitting concrete IPs in the text (Stusta vs MB)

formatting:

  • cleaned up code
  • removed wrapfigure package and used minipages instead, because it was really wonky for me

Still missing:

  • proofreading
  • maybe more extensive Linux section
  • english version + generation of max bill

for discussion:

  • ditch pdf in favor of website
  • duplicate content on website
  • remove Max-Bill specific version?
