Explain green mail addresses

Voters / mail addresses turn green, as soon as they clicked on their link once. However, this feature is not explained anywhere, which lead to some confusion what exactly triggers the green color.

This should be mentioned in the how-to page (see #4 (closed)), but it would also nice to have something like this:
