UI Improvements
- If no elections exists there is now a message which says so instead of showing nothing. This applies for management, vote and spectator
- Unify how submit buttons look: blue submit with btn-block and grey cancel button which is effectively a back link
- Changed the design of the sessions view: Now uses also bs cards and has the create session button on the top
