Calendar integration

Tobias Jülg requested to merge calendar-integration into master

If a new Adminrat is announced via the Wiki this change will add an event to the StuStaNet nextcloud calendar. Note that the server needs to have the file cal_pw.py filled with the credentials of the vorstands nextcloud account.
