Activate Goldmark renderer

  • closes #17 (closed)
  • there seems to be no visual or functional difference for our site (tested with Chromium, FF on Hugo 0.71.1; comparing all main sites de/en and clicking on links)
  • didn't do any other tests
  • goldmark already has some more features like more fine grained table of contents, is normally the default and is still continuously developed
